Like Father Like Son...

I think the fact I've got a father who's had like... 44 years experience as a share investor definitely helps me... I'm not as good as him at analyzing balance sheets etc... but at the moment I definitely have more interest and determination than him with regard to shares. It's like the continuation of the Howitt dynasty ;)

Shares have done very well today... happy! They will rise further from here in future. Up about £1800.

Tenants Contracted to Newbury Walk

My efforts have finally paid off and the tenants have accepted the contract for Newbury Walk. I have much more to update you on this and will do in due course, probably including pictures.

When you think about a house you think of it as a long term investment... I guess that's why my parents are spending ages painting it today. They should have got the tenants to do it though- that's time efficient.
