I'm gradually learning more about Buy to Let and the process of buying a house. I will keep you informed throughout the process. There's a lot to learn but it's interesting! I'll be reviewing the Estate Agents Express Estate Agency (they are one we are potentially using at the moment) at the end so you can all know how they perform.
Getting very into property now... interesting to see the valuations of all the houses on the Land Registry. I believe property can be a good investment if you buy at a good price, achieve decent rents and hold for the long term.
Well been very busy the past few days... SHARES KILLING IT and looking at buy to let houses with my family. Quite possible will be doing a buy to let house soon so have to learn and research this more. Happy to connect with people who know more about this!
