Very important to have a long term perspective... I seriously believe that my shares that I have will rise over time... it really is surreal to know I can easily be worth over £1000 more at the end of each day... by doing nothing at all. I don't have to look at them and maybe I will less in future... maybe I will more. Who knows? It's all about how much enjoyment it gives me.

I've been very busy today but made decent progress. Every day is goal day and I'm pushing my comfort zone to reach my goals. Tomorrow or today if people want to contact me I'll be putting in some time to evaluating interesting jobs relatively near to Huddersfield. Companies have already contacted me yet I want to make sure my next move is a great one.

Really pleased with my poker today... grinded nicely all day despite getting bad luck... fought back to win a bit back in cash. Then played a very nice tourn now for my biggest cash in ages :) ££££

Buy to Let

Buy to let mortgages seem a bit strange so far. I could buy the property outright if I sold some shares but even if I paid half the value of a £70,000 property (where I could get £450 a month rent all of which I could use to pay off the mortgage) there are still strict stipulations such as £25,000 income. Anyway the research continues feel free to contact me with good mortgage deals.

Putting Money Into Property

At some point I will put a large part of my personal wealth into property. I'm careful about even buying a bag of crisps but this is a logical decision. If you look at the BILLIONAIRES in the world all of them have an amount in 'real estate', some a very large amount. If you buy at the right price property is very unlikely to go down in price over a few years even. I still have a lot of work to do but I know this will happen.

I have been researching finance options for buy to let for a number of months now and am keen to get a good deal. There are many different potential options available so feel free to contact me about this.

Potential...

You know the surreal thing... I feel I have the potential to be one of the best British writers of the twenty first century... 32 years of reading and writing have brought me to this point. Whether I'll be able to do it... who knows. I am going to put in more time to create some hard hitting writing though, that's for sure.

New Opportunities

I am now investing more time in buy to let. Also open to opportunities from good companies- have had several contact me recently. Thanks for that and I will get in touch soon.

I think it's good and bad in a way...

I haven't personally bought a newspaper (other than for free supermarket tokens) for about 12 years and don't think I ever will again...

Online is just easier to read... and there is more new quality online content on the net each day than you can digest.

I guess it's a bit 'sad' that some writers in a way will be fired. Very hard to make money JUST being a writer these days...

What I've personally had to do is find ways of making more than enough money in other ways. Then I can write whatever I want without having to worry about being paid for it... I'd still be open for 'paid writing offers'... but would still only write for original websites.
