2019 Goals

Let's get right into this...

Already done a quick preview by saying I want to purchase one or more properties in 2019...

Been spending quite a bit of time on this lately and connecting with some good people.

I easily have enough money to buy a property outright in West Yorkshire. However I still have a LOT to learn about property- despite organizing a buy to let and having researched it since around 2015. However with the contacts I have now, including Samuel Leeds, I feel I can do this in 2019... will keep you all updated. I may do other things such as 'rent to rent' or 'Serviced Accomodation'. I have lived in West Yorkshire (practically always Huddersfield) all my life and my first property will be there or South Yorkshire. I feel that with a good support team I will do this although I understand the challenges involved. Feel free to connect with me if you feel we could help each other with this.

I am reaching my financial goal in 2019. I believe my shares will be a lot higher this time next year than they are now. Twenty years doing shares now yet I am always learning and hopefully improving. Know some great people in this area and will be following their advice more. I will FORCE myself to do this financial goal even if it means pushing my comfort zone and doing new things. In fact if I don't I am saying now in public I will have to give 100 pounds to a beggar if I don't.

Mutual Fulfilment With High Value People

In a way this goes hand in hand with my financial goal- however you all know I don't judge people by how much money they are worth. I know some great people and want to maintain and improve my relationships with them however I am open to helping other great people reach their goals and hopefully they will help me too.

Fitness Goal

Writing this just after a walk... I really do need to go for a walk every day. And money is worthless upon death so fitness is crucial. Again... can go hand in hand with first 2 goals. If I'm doing something and making money I don't have time to eat unhealthy. I know that REALLY high value people in some ways don't like people who are a bit overweight (ha... well that depends on the person... but I know some girls won't etc)... so that's another motivator.

The thing is it is not COMPLEX. I just need to get my diet better and exercise more. So I'll weigh myself every week at least and do that.

Then there are other things I WANT to do. Might not make them public but I do want to and will aim to do them.

That's the good thing about goals... you have to become a different, better person to do them in some ways. I feel focused and ready to win.

2019 Goal

First goal for 2019- I will buy (potentially with other investors) one property or more by the end of 2019.

I will only be investing in shares if I am SURE they are great value- more money will be allocated to property.

Property

Shares up and spending a lot of time on property today. Watching a lot of Samuel Leeds videos... good stuff. My instincts at the moment is to invest much more of my money in property compared to shares. I have good contacts yet happy to connect with more people.

Looks like my hope for a better 2019 has started EARLY. FTSE up more than 100 points and all my shares UP.

No Drugs

So... I rated myself 6 out of 10 for my fitness goal this year. Why? My diet wasn't that good and I didn't do a lot of exercise.

I took no drugs though- not even the legal kind. Alcohol, cigarettes... and then all your illegal drugs lots of people take... none of them.

The last time I even purchased a legal drug was 2004. Alcohol in a club... after I was like... over 3 pounds for this? Not doing that again.

And the cool thing is ANYONE could take no drugs- it is physically possible for ANYONE to do it. V few people can run 100m in under 10 secs. Only Usain Bolt could do it around 9.6. But anyone can take no drugs if they have discipline.

I would say the main thing about it is having DISCIPLINE and having GOALS which you are working towards. If you have a financial goal you will not be wanting to waste your money on alcohol really, not if you're focused on it. If you're an athlete it's stupid to get drunk- you aren't even a proper athlete if you do in my opinion.

When I was like 18 I went in a lot of bookstores. When I was 19 I started writing my novel. I knew just how few writers made it, and I knew that more after I finished. I wasn't going to do anything to make me worse of a writer... if I wanted to be anywhere near as good as Updike there was no way I could do that. I was also one of the best chessplayers for my age in Yorkshire- even other smart chess players drunk alcohol when playing. I never did. I knew there were more talented people than me so no way was I going to hinder myself.

Probably most people in the UK take drugs, legally or illegally. Alcohol is probably the biggest one. I never feel the need for them.

So if you're focused on your goals... no drugs.

I often don't do this because there is a possibility it might have a v slight effect on the share price. Yet I'm bored so here goes... happy to hear all opinions on @nextofficial as I'm thinking of buying.

House Renovation

It's a big challenge but I still ideally want to renovate and sell on at least one house in 2019. Dedicating some time today to it while looking at shares. Happy to connect with people regarding this.

Protest Vote

Protest Vote

Word up...

Quick post here... quick one that I will blast out.

IT'S A PROTEST VOTE!!

These people are UNEDUCATED. They... DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE VOTING. What they were voting for...

It's working class uneducated bad protest votes. It's...

POPULISM.

How fucked up is the actual word populism? All the political parties are trying to be popular. In fact the mainstream parties are more 'popular' than the less mainstream ones...

Just because someone did not vote the way that you voted does not mean that 'they did not know what they were voting for'. They just have a different WORLD VIEW to you.

In a democracy all votes count equally.

Everyone's doing what they think is best for themselves.

2018 Goal Review

Blasting this out on a Sunday...

First of all going to let you know this is going to be quite a long article. Blasting out what's on my mind so far.

Financial Goal

7.5 out of 10. For the first time in years I didn't reach my financial goal.

For every day of this year I have been employed and worked hard at my jobs. The reason I didn't reach my financial goal was due to share performance.

Have to say first of all the unlawful building work by the 'woman' next door was a big obstacle for me. Sometimes it takes a while for legal action to be taken but I'm in the process of doing it. I have plenty of videos and pictures which will be published too. Christina Pollard actually employed people who abused and assaulted me. I have three crime numbers and will be following things up- as will West Yorkshire Police. This is not a good position for a so called teacher to be in.

Anyway, as has been the case for all UK investors, it's been a tough year. However I do believe that the shares I have now which will be quite a bit higher this time next year. I still have plenty of money but let me tell you this...

I'm already in a good position to earn more money (I earn it every day in various ways) yet in 2019...

It's going to be smashing the comfort zone and getting a lot more money. From the moment Christina Pollard's builder assaulted me I have had this pure (and ruthless when needed) focus that will get me far.

In 2019 I will reach my financial goal.

Mutual Fulfilment With High Value People

Interesting one this... I think I am going to go with 8 out of 10.

I've never had a former employer hammer on my door, shouting through my letter box trying to get into my house.

But that's what Dean Staveley did. He was keen to employ me again.

Dean's childhood dream of being a share investor/trader is still there. It's my job to help him reach that goal. It's been an interesting journey since August... from entering the office with only desks there to working with some very advanced software with the aim of making as much money as possible.

I have done everything I can and will continue to do all I can to help Dean reach his goal. Yet 2019 must be the time for him to start trading and earning money.

I can't remember the last time I ever rated someone as 9.6 out of 10 for something yet that's what Chris Bailey is getting for being my share mentor.

It's like he barely needs any sleep. And he's full of great advice practically every day for me on shares. In 2019 I am basically going to copy Chris Bailey more. It annoys me how much he is right yet all that matters in shares is how much money you make. So yeah I will continue my 20 year learning of shares and follow his advice more in 2019.

It's rare I mention an employer in my 'People' goal but I have to say it was interesting working for Hermes in 2018. They have a good operation in Morley and I can see how they are a threat to Royal Mail. Met some interesting people and I hope they do well in the future.

Fitness

6 out of 10. Again no drugs alcohol etc. Yet there is much more to do on fitness- starting with more walks!

Adding some on...

By the end of 2018 we will be at over 104,000 views for this website.

Chris Bailey was like... do you think you will reach 100,000? Are they... your views??

Ha well I do look at my website sometimes but rest assured I have readers from all over the world. Over 30,000 views from the USA now. China, South Korea, Ukraine, Russia... all quite a few from there...

Thank you all for reading. I do believe I have blasted out some killer articles this year... and there is more to come. Let's just say that IG won't be too happy about the article I will do on them. Don't use any IG product.

I am at around 180,000 views for my share articles.

I love blasting out writing... I've got to the point where I don't need to be paid for it but donations and buying copies of my novel is always cool. If you want me to do some paid writing feel free to contact me. I want a lot more views by this time next year...

Look At The Watch

Look At The Watch

Hi World...

Blasting out some great articles recently... personally I would like to charge for these... but I'm just going to give it out free. Feel free to donate if you like them though...

LOOK AT THE WATCH

Hi Ladies... look at me... I'm rich LOOK AT THE WATCH!!

Some people feel the need to buy things to validate themselves. Like a posh watch. Maybe they think that people will look at them and think they are rich/cool by looking at the watch.

A posh watch doesn't mean you're rich. It just means you've spent a lot of money on a watch. Same thing with clothes.

I have a cheap watch and don't buy many clothes. I don't feel the need to prove to the world I am rich or have money. Truth is I do have money (not rich though at all) but don't feel the need to spend money to validate myself.

So yeah... especially for my female readers... you don't have to buy fancy clothes to be attractive or cool. Just develop yourself.

What You Want to Happen and What Will Happen

What You Want to Happen and What Will Happen

Word up...

Been getting a lot of views recently... so here's something that's on my mind...

Sometimes people believe what they WANT to happen will happen. Let's have a look at the 'second referendum' or 'People's Vote' (were the people voting last time rabbits?)

Because some people WANT this to happen they believe it WILL happen. But I personally believe it's unlikely. It's UK law that we have to leave the EU by March 29. The PM has said many times it won't happen. And it would take a long time to sort out.

I think there's a slight chance it will happen but it probably won't.

So when you're thinking about what may happen in the future aim to separate what you WANT to happen from what WILL happen. You have to look factually at the evidence.

Are Labour MPs Like Jesus? Hmmm...

Fiona Onasanya: "In times like these, the natural inclination of believers is to ask God: why? I personally do not, because in my experience the answers are usually far above and beyond my reach. What I do know is that I am in good biblical company, along with Joseph, Moses, Daniel and his three Hebrew friends, who were each found guilty by the courts of their day".

I missed the bit in the Bible where Jesus was speeding down the motorway with a mobile...

Is Immigration Good for the British Economy?

Is Immigration Good for the British Economy?

Blasting this out from my bed...

Is immigration good for the British economy?

You might hear a lot from the mainstream media about how 'immigration is good for the economy'.

Is it really? And is it good for you?

What is 'the economy' first of all? It's all the money and worth that Britain generates. Now sure, if you have an immigrant in Britain working and paying taxes he is contributing to 'the economy'...

But what does that mean for a typical British person?

Well it could mean that they can't get a job because an immigrant has taken a job. It does mean that their wages will potentially be lower because there is a greater supply of cheap labour. Everything is about supply and demand in a way, and the more supply of cheap labour there is the lower wages companies can afford to pay.

And don't imagine that every immigrant who comes into the economy gets a job and pay taxes. Many are unemployed or criminals. Many claim from the benefit system.

So quite often when someone on the mainstream media says immigration is 'good for the economy' what they actually mean is it's good for THEM or other rich people/companies.

What do I think should be done about immigration to Britain?

First of all we need to deport as many illegal immigrants as possible. We shouldn't be giving them benefits that British taxpayers pay for.

Then we need to be VERY SELECTIVE about who we let into the country. We are already one of the most over crowded countries in the world- there simply isn't space for many more people.

Every immigrant allowed into the country should have a job which pays at least £30,000 a year. They should only be able to claim from the benefit system (that include the NHS) when they have actually contributed something to Britain, like British people and our ancestors have.

Don't Get Complacent...

Don't Get Complacent...

Word up...

Quick Facebook article here...

Don't get complacent. Often many people, me included, get complacent in some ways. Complacent... you might not even notice it at the time, it's more like being in a familiar pattern... but it's basically not being active enough...

Earlier this year I should have sold quite a lot of my shares... and found a better use for my money. I'm not very used to selling shares though... and if you're doing a full time none share job you can't think about shares lots...

But I now know that when they're fully valued I will sell some. And push my comfort zone by doing new things in other ways.

Poem

Very rare that I do this....

And if the writer doesn't want it up I'll take it down....

But this is the best poem I've read in a while so I'm posting it up....

From Russia with Love – Original Poem
ojfeatherstoneOctober 19, 2018poetry Post navigation

PreviousNext

Opposite the corner store

Stood several Russian whores

Some very chic, some ragged

Few were young, mostly hagged

And Lenka said to Anya

Sneering through her cancer

Lifting her cigarette to Anya’s head

“I’ve never seen such an unnatural shade of red.

Anya you’re not the fire you think you are.”

Young Anya stood profusely

And pulled out a large cigar

Smiling upon Lenka’s frown

Whilst the others watched in silence and dread

Anya said “Bitter Lenka, you’ll soon be dead

I honestly can’t wait for your aids to spread

As quickly as your legs do every night

For every poor man who does you right

Your harsh words will be the death of you

You’re nothing but ghastly through and through

Yes, once you were tighter, you’re older and weak now

Let the young calves play, slaughter the cows”

Shares...

Shares...

Facebook exclusive on shares...

I've been doing shares for 20 years now... and one thing has hit me recently.

In the short term I (and most people) can't tell which direction shares will go...

I'm back doing a 'share job' now and... it's like a balancing act of not looking at share prices too much and trying to make the best decisions...

I do feel a lot of UK (aka shares with a lot of UK exposure and UK earnings) are undervalued now...

BUT... personally I still feel that when shares that are fairly valued (certainly if I feel they are a bit overvalued) I will sell some of my shares. I want more of my money in more 'secure assets'. I might get into property more... there are lots of ways to make money with money.
