Thank You

Just saying this because I don't say it enough...

Thank you to all who read this blog but a BIG thanks to those who make donations and support me. I wouldn't be able to do it without you. Different people want different things in public but those making nice donations can have free publicity if they like...

Lots to do as a writer and person... goal day.

A Weak Player Couldn't Do it Legally on the Net...

 Hi...

So here's another thought...

Been thinking about online chess and otb chess recently...

And thought just occured a weak player COULDN'T be good online...

Like obvs online and otb chess different. Online you don't always have the massive distractions you can otb- although there are sometimes some online too...

But say you had someone pretty new to chess who couldn't play much otb... he couldn't do it online either...

I kinda do prefer online but as a wise old player said to me recently "Everyone is better online"...

If I wanted to be pro about it I should get those things Boetz sisters have to pre move like loads of moves in advance lols...

But yeah online chess is still real chess... just online... maybe I should take it more seriously...

Historical Poem...

 Hi...

So I thought I'd write out my historical poem again...

Bit of background...

I was 4. I said the poem to my mum first. She said it was good and that I should write it down so I did. Here it is as far as I can remember...

Trains go fast

Trains go slow

Trains take you everywhere you want to go

They travel through the woods

They travel through the world

They go up hills, they go down dales

Now I didn't ask it for it to be published in the Huddersfield Examiner, my mum sent it in. Yet it did get published and possibly historians will be able to find it :)
