Buy to Let

Buy to let mortgages seem a bit strange so far. I could buy the property outright if I sold some shares but even if I paid half the value of a £70,000 property (where I could get £450 a month rent all of which I could use to pay off the mortgage) there are still strict stipulations such as £25,000 income. Anyway the research continues feel free to contact me with good mortgage deals.

Putting Money Into Property

At some point I will put a large part of my personal wealth into property. I'm careful about even buying a bag of crisps but this is a logical decision. If you look at the BILLIONAIRES in the world all of them have an amount in 'real estate', some a very large amount. If you buy at the right price property is very unlikely to go down in price over a few years even. I still have a lot of work to do but I know this will happen.

I have been researching finance options for buy to let for a number of months now and am keen to get a good deal. There are many different potential options available so feel free to contact me about this.

You know the surreal thing... I feel I have the potential to be one of the best British writers of the twenty first century... 32 years of reading and writing have brought me to this point. Whether I'll be able to do it... who knows. I am going to put in more time to create some hard hitting writing though, that's for sure.
