Could and Will...
This is actually inspired from a message that popped up on my computer. "Article 13 could have unintended consequences." I don't know how the hell how or why that came up... might be google.
But it inspired me to write. If someone is using the words 'could' or 'will' they can basically be GUESSING or saying what they HOPE will happen in the future,
And the great thing for them if they're using these words in this way THEY DON'T have to provide any EVIDENCE for what they're saying... because there ISN'T ANY.
Keep that in mind. Nobody really knows what will happen in the future...
