I've done many hours of property research today. Still know I have a lot to do but happy with what I'm learning and the new contacts gained. Any jobs connected with property I will look at and happy to connect with people to partly finance the purchase of my new properties.

Been a bit lazy in regards to this but ontop of everything else I'm doing I am looking for a full time job too! Financing For Buy to Let

Just chatted with my father, a Chartered Accountant, more about buy to let. Looking at various ways of financing the purchase and I have the money to buy it outright if I want to. However I'm still interested to connect with other property investors or finance people who may be able to assist with a loan.

Buy to Let Research

Lots of research done on buy to let today. Also giving advance notice that 12 Newbury Walk may become available for a new tenant in September. Proved very popular last time and personally I find the current tenant's manner unacceptable.

These are some examples of Newbury Walk and are indicative of the standard I will aim to achieve of any house I let. For more examples just search Newbury Walk in search bar. Improvements actually have been made to Newbury Walk since these pictures have been taken. The list of improvements made to Newbury Walk includes a new number plate at the front of the house, two rooms painted, bath fixed, new lightbulbs and lampshades and trimming of trees and bushes. The rent for new tenants will be around £525 a month.

Buy to Let

I am going to invest more time into looking at buying buy to let property for myself. I know I have a lot to learn but am eager to start!

True though.

I actually feel good about my portfolio. Will be getting Sainsbury's dividends on Monday. I think 2016 will be a good year... even if I don't buy any more shares. I do have plans though which I believe will be profitable. Warren Buffet is still learning and improving into his eighties... I'm 32. Quite surreal that nearly 100,000 people have read my writing on ShareProphets alone though. I go into 2016 with more knowledge than ever and good contacts I chat to on twitter every day. There's no hiding place since the world knows my portfolio but I really do think I'll make good money with shares in 2016!
