But here's a better example... say you had a company saying ohhhhhh yeah yeahhhhhhhhh yeah we've got POTENTIAL we will be great... would you rather have that one or the company who already made profits?

And yes experience often is better than potential... two examples... Cilandini mentions it in influence... you'd want your best player taking the shot even if he'd missed before as he had more experience in doing it.

I agree with a LOT of what u say here and it's wrong you aren't invited to things- it's been a bit like that with me in Yorkshire... sometimes people don't always want the best players.
